How it works
2026 Bathroom Giveaway Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Cambria and Blair Counties, PA, age 18 or older.
- Entry Period: Contracts must be signed and deposit paid between 1/1/2026 and 12/31/2026.
- The value of the first bathroom remodel must be a minimum of $4,000.00.
- The Prize: One (1) standard bathroom remodel package, valued up to $10,500.00.
- Overage Policy: If the winner selects a “Second Bathroom” project that exceeds $10,500 in value (due to size, material upgrades, or structural changes), the winner is responsible for paying the difference.
- Scope of Work: Prize includes standard labor and materials as defined by Mihalko’s General Contracting’s standard agreement.
- One (1) winner will be selected via random drawing on Jan 2, 2027.
- Redemption: Prize work must be scheduled within 12 months of the drawing date.
- Tax Liability: Winner is responsible for any applicable federal or state taxes associated with the receipt of the prize (Form 1099 may be issued).
